Terms and Conditions
These are the terms & conditions for ANP Auto Navi Plus website/on-line store and ‘we’ and ‘us’ mean Auto Navi Plus and the terms ‘you’ and ‘your’ mean the customer of this website.
Though all care is taken to ensure product information and descriptions are correct, some inaccuracies may occur we reserve the right to correct them at any time.
Product pictures may differ somewhat in the way of colour shades compared to the actual product.
All products sold by Auto Navi Plus are covered under the manufacturer warranty. Please check the product description for accurate warranty terms. We warrant to the buyer that products will be free of defects for the warranty period from the date of purchase, subject to the other terms and conditions.
When the product is accepted for return?
We are only able to accept a product for a refund, replacement or credit where there has been a major failure, such as:
- When the product has been assessed and found faulty
- The product has been wrongly described
- The product does not meet the “fitness of purpose”
You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange, refund or credit. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days. ANP may offer a refund at its own discretion however all discretionary refunds carry a 10% restocking fee if request for a return outside of 14 day return period.
When the product is not accepted for return?
As per Australian Law

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have the right to return a product and get a refund or exchange if the product does not meet certain consumer guarantees.
You do not have a right to return a product if you:
- Change your mind and no longer want the product
- Ordered the wrong product
- Found the product cheaper elsewhere
- Found a better product elsewhere
- Were aware of the relevant fault before buying the product (such as if the fault was written on the product’s tag, or for online purchases, indicated in any photos and descriptions of item online)
- Damaged the product by misusing it
- Used the product for a long time and the problem is as a result of usual wear and tear
If returning due to a change of mind the item must not be installed and returned within 14 days of receiving.
